Card Studio

Cards are typically produced within 5–7 business days after payment and submission of the completed proof. Delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days. Tracking will be sent to the email address used during checkout when the order ships.

• Large or team orders may require additional processing time.
• Contact DTC immediately if the shipping address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
• If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, DTC will provide a revised shipping estimate and available cancellation options.
• Additional postage may apply when an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.

Because DTC cards are personalized, orders cannot be returned for a change of mind after production begins. An order may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.

• Contact orders@dtccards.com within seven days of delivery to report damaged cards, a material manufacturing defect, an incorrect product or quantity, or a DTC production error.
• Include the order number and photographs of the cards and packaging.
• DTC will provide an appropriate reprint or refund after reviewing the issue.
• Customer-entered spelling, statistics, selections, or layout choices shown in the submitted proof are not considered production errors.

For the best result, upload an original, clear, well-lit photograph rather than a screenshot or social-media download.

• JPG, PNG, and WebP images are accepted.
• Keep the full player, helmet, hands, feet, and sports equipment visible whenever possible.
• Avoid severe blur, heavy compression, strong shadows, and subjects blocked by other people.
• Landscape photographs work best for Team Cards.
• You must own the photograph or have permission from the photographer and the parent or legal guardian of each depicted minor.
• DTC may decline unlawful, explicit, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Printed color, cropping, and background removal may vary slightly from the on-screen proof.

DTC collects only the information reasonably needed to create, fulfill, support, and document an order. This may include customer contact and shipping information, order selections, uploaded photographs, generated card files, and transaction records.

• DTC does not sell customer information or children’s photographs.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe; DTC does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Information may be provided to service providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and shipping providers only as needed to operate and fulfill orders.
• Unfinished previews are prepared locally in the customer’s browser. Front and back proof files are uploaded when checkout begins.
• Abandoned checkout files are scheduled for deletion within 72 hours. Source photographs and production files are scheduled for deletion within 90 days after shipment unless needed for an unresolved order issue. Transaction and business records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
• DTC does not publicly display or use a customer’s photograph for advertising without separate, optional permission.
• Customers may request access to or deletion of eligible information by emailing orders@dtccards.com.

DTC is intended for purchases submitted by adults. Children should not place orders or upload photographs themselves.

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years old, that the order information and submitted proof are accurate, and that they are authorized to submit and reproduce the uploaded image.

• DTC products are personalized and produced according to the customer’s submitted proof, package selection, and shipping information.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing names, numbers, positions, statistics, spelling, image placement, and other selections before checkout.
• Minor differences in printed color, crop, edge treatment, and screen appearance are normal and are not necessarily defects.
• The customer grants DTC a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and transmit the submitted content solely to produce, fulfill, support, and document the order.
• DTC retains ownership of its card templates, site design, logos, and branding. Purchasing cards does not transfer those rights.
• DTC may reject or cancel content that appears unlawful, unauthorized, abusive, explicit, infringing, or unsafe.
• Shipping, cancellation, reprint, refund, privacy, and image-authorization provisions are incorporated into these Terms.

The purchaser must confirm before checkout that they are at least 18 years old and have the right to submit and reproduce every uploaded photograph.

• The purchaser must own the photograph or have permission from its photographer or copyright owner.
• The purchaser must be the parent or legal guardian of each depicted minor or have permission from the applicable parent or legal guardian.
• A person ordering for a team must be authorized by the team or participating families to submit and reproduce the photograph.
• Authorization to manufacture a private order does not give DTC permission to use the image publicly, in advertising, or on social media.
• Any future marketing permission will be requested separately and will be optional.
